Task Book

Task Book

Task Book is a daily list of tasks that require completion by location / department / job role. Tasks can be ad hoc or recurring, scheduled for specific recurrence; daily, weekly, monthly or annually.

Task Book tasks can include data input and notes. Data can feed into dedicated reports and can include range escalation parameters for intervention. For example pool tests.

Task Book features a Daily DM report. This is a duty management report which provides an instant snapshot of task completion status at any location during any one day.

If you run NOPs / SOPs as Quality Management Systems, Task Book is a comprehensive and powerful delivery, engagement and reporting platform which enables you to import your procedures, present to your required target staffing teams, engage their action and report on outcomes. The Staffis Task Book Grid reports are a series of customizeable, scheduled end of day reports which list completions, data and notes and also feed into other end of day location reports available from Staffmis.
