Rotas
Staffmis rota applications are capable of managing a number of different environments and can be configured individually to locations. Broadly, we have 3 rota types : Event Rotas, Rooms Events Rotas and Standard Rotas.
Event Rotas : This rota type is for environments where an event schedule is created for a location and staff are required to fill planned shift spots. Event Rotas require staffing managers to set up an event, set out requisite number of shift spots, with skill filters and hours as appropriate, and then use the highly successful Staffmis Shift Opportunity Workflow to notify staff of shift opportunities and fill the available shifts.
Room Event Rotas : This rota type works very similarly to Event Rotas. The only difference is that Room Event Rotas include a number of rooms that may be used within a location. The most common application here is a hotel or conference centre or stadium.
Standard Rotas : This rota type is location specific and can be configured to run as one single rota for the location, multiple department rotas for one location, multiple job roles for one location or multiple departments and job roles. Staffmis Standard Rota also includes the Staffmis Shift Oportunities Workflow to enable locations to be able to fill cover shifts fast or staff up quickly for ad hoc requirements.
All Staffmis Rotas include clash management, so that no member of staff is able to work clashing shifts. Staffmis Rotas also include shift notes, shift skill filters, Duty Manager assignation and all rotas can incorporate Staffmis Absence Management inputs.
