The StaffMIS Training Management System enables quick and easily management of your entire company training infrastructure. The system includes a Training Items Index listing all of the various training components required for all of the different job roles, departments, groups, and venues within your organisation, as well as training suppliers / specific courses each one provides, internal and external.
StaffMIS Training Management also includes training assignment and control, enabling easy assignment of training items to staff (internal, external, and instructor led). Once assigned to a course staff are immediately notified of new training to be done, and click through to access content. Once completed staff are presented with an appropriate certificate which is stored in their training record.
StaffMIS Training Management has an end to end Training Records Store, a record of all of the Training and Qualifications employees have completed on all of your different Training Items. Access records, including certificates, directly from a powerful, digital Training Matrix at the touch of a button, or dive in deeper to access full Training Records for each and every member of staff.
Training Items and staff completion status for each item is all displayed and managed through a powerful, interactive online Training Matrix, providing an instant compliance overview of trained status of all staff against all Training Items.
StaffMIS Training Management includes Course Management functionality, enabling you to create Training Course Events, which staff can be assigned to or you can optionally allow them to assign themselves to courses displayed on an upcoming Training Course Events Calendar. Course Management also includes the ability to have internal and external Training Course Assessors in your system, who can attend and complete delegates at Training Course Events, along with a host of additional tools which can be added to Training Course Events as well.
StaffMIS Training Management also includes a built in Training Course Creation Studio, enabling you to build basic internal e-learning and instructor led courses with video, files, quizzes, exams, certification, and more.
StaffMIS Training Management integrates with the StaffMIS Information Management System, turning policies and procedures in your IMS / QMS into trackable training items which can be included in your Training Matrix, or added to a separate dedicated information matrix alongside your training and qualifications matrix.
StaffMIS Training Management has built in Qualifications Management tools, enabling qualifications storage racking, and reporting, including expiry dates and alerts.
Staff can easily view their Training Journey, where they are in relation to all of the training they are required to do for their various job roles and the locations they work at.
A specially designed hybrid version of the StafMIS Training Management system, exclusively available to StaffMIS Partners clients. Train Dock Lite incorporates a limited range of Train Dock functions, including lightweight data management, Training Matrix administration and course assignment management, and training course event management as well.
