Training Management

Train Dock is a training framework management application which manages company training components, training suppliers, staff training assignment, and staff training records and qualifications, all through an interactive online matrix 

The Train Dock training management application enables you to quickly and easily manage a company training framework. Train Dock includes a training components index listing all of the various training components required for all of the different job roles, departments, groups, and venues in your company, as well as training suppliers / specific supplier courses for each one, internal* and external.

Train Dock also includes training assignment and control, enabling you to easily assign training components to staff (internal and external). Once assigned, staff are immediately notified of new training to be done, and click through to access content. Once completed, staff can upload a completion certificate (if provided) which is then stored in their Train Dock training record.

Train Dock has an end to end training records store, a record of all of the training and qualifications employees have completed on all of your training components.

Training components and staff completion status for each component are all displayed and managed through a powerful, interactive online training matrix, 

Train Dock is an invaluable tool in your learning and development ecosystem. Depending on your learning and development set up, Train Dock can either support your internal Learning Management System (LMS) along with your offline training supplier portfolio, or act as a single central training repository, co-ordinating internal and external online and offline resources, all managed through our interactive matrix and control dashboard. 

* Train Dock also includes an internal Training Creation Studio, enabling you to build internal digital and instructor led courses.
