Training Management

Training Dock does what it says on the tin, an end to end training and information compliance management system, which docks everything together all on one easy to use online matrix.

The Training Dock training management system enables quick and easily management of an entire company training framework. Training Dock includes a training index listing all of the various training components required for all of the different job roles, departments, groups, and venues in your company, as well as training suppliers / specific supplier courses for each one, internal* and external.

Training Dock also includes training assignment and control, enabling easy assignment of training components to staff (internal and external). Once assigned, staff are immediately notified of new training to be done, and click through to access content. Once completed, staff can upload a completion certificate (if provided) which is then stored in their Training Dock training record.

Training Dock has an end to end training records store, a record of all of the training and qualifications employees have completed on all of your different training components.

Training components and staff completion status for each component is all displayed and managed through a powerful, interactive online matrix.

Training Dock is an invaluable tool in your learning and development ecosystem. If you already have a company LMS, Training Dock compliments and supports, bringing together your internal e-learning content with your offline training portfolio and skills training, as well as a comprehensive information compliance library, all together as a single central solution.

* Training Dock also includes an internal Training Creation Studio, enabling you to build internal digital and instructor led courses.
